So, from the video you see that by folding the index card and making small cuts in zigzags, and then cut open the middle leaving just the ends, you can open up the tiny index card into a big piece of paper band. The resulting circular paper is big enough for a tall person to walk through. Note that the smaller the cuts you make, the bigger the circular band you end up with and maybe two people can fit through the hole.
